Very impressed with luxury king room and supper friendly and extremely friendly staff from front desk to doorman to housekeepers. Location near to the waterfront, shopping and restaurants and the good hotels downtown and the most up to date conveniences. Also, central to Vancouver activities.

The property is wonderful and fairly clean. the continental breakfasts are enjoyable. the staff is very welcoming. the rooms are new-fashioned and spotless. They have feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. the location is marvelous and beautiful, only 1 mile from a public art gallery.

Both rooms we booked were light-filled and modern, with wraparound windows and a large desk. Private parking was onsite. - Outstanding service. - Burrard metro station was a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel is located in the Coal Harbour area, making it convenient for business guests attending the nearby convention center. It is situated close to the bay, providing beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious amenities such as Molton Brown toiletries, robes, and slippers. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay, even providing handwritten notes and treats.

There may be some noise due to ongoing renovations in the hotel, which could be disruptive for guests.

I had the most phenomenal service at Loden. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure I had everything I needed. The handwritten thank you note from the general manager added a personal touch that I truly appreciated. The highlight of my stay was the spacious bathtub that my spouse and I were able to enjoy together for our anniversary. The hotel beds were also incredibly comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep.

Although the TV was a bit outdated, it didn't hinder my overall experience. The macarons that came with the note were absolutely delicious, and even better than the famous Laduree ones.

The venue is stunning with lovely staff including waiters and bartenders who are friendly and helpful.

We loved the hotel's location, as it was close to the beautiful harbor and within walking distance to the sea wall. The hotel is nestled in a forest of high rises, giving it a unique and scenic atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel also provided transportation options, including complimentary bikes to ride in the nearby Stanley Park.
